Illegal hits, cheap shots
I have been a critic of Harrison on this board in the past for not changing the way he played due to the rules changes on helmet to helmet. That was last year. It seemed to me he finally got the message.
I don't know what he was supposed to do on the hit on McCoy. That play happened too fast for him to "target" anything. McCoy was clearly running out of the pocket and would have kept running had Harrison not run up so fast. It was McCoy's decison to quickly slow and pass; no time for Harrison to adjust. If he doesn't lean into that tackle, he gets bowled over and hurt, and the runner possibly breaks the tackle. If the league considers this roughing and fineable, all QB's need to do is hold the ball up as they bootleg or break out of the pocket and they will be afforded "defenseless" player status and any hit could then result in +15 yards. I would design plays around this.
If you want to see a dirty hit, look at the hit that sprained Ben's ankle. Dude launched himself, going totally horizontal and airborne right at Ben's knees. It doesn't get flagged because the launch wasn't "upward". In my observation that kind of hit almost always causes injury.
