End of Half - no Timeout Called

Postby Steve0212 » Mon Nov 14, 2011 1:15 pm

I actually liked that Tomlin didn't call timeout at the end of the half. I think it shows his lack of confidence in the D. It would not have shocked me if we would have called time out and then cincy gets a first down and marches for a FG. With all the points we have given up at the end of the half, I like letting the clock run.

I liked it too as a backhand slap to our defense. I don't know why the commentators were questioning why we didn't use our TO after that incomplete pass. Dalton was easily marching his way down the field almost every possession after we were up 14-0.
