Haven:

I enjoy reading your picks and your analysis but I am not sure I share all of your views. The Broncos looked awful the other night and suffered mutiple injuries. They are playing a Bengals team that, while far from a juggernaut, won a surprising division road game. I would be inclined to take the six points and the Bengals. And I would not fall out of my chair if the Bengals won outright on their way to 5-11.

The Falcons pick is a nice risk but by setting the line at Eagles favored Vegas is looking for money on Atlanta. That gives me pause, althouhg Vick may be spooked in his homecoming by the crowd.

Dallas looks like the one solid play provied Bryant is reasonably healthy and plays.

Good luck.

Denver is historically a very tough place to win a road game. Bengals plan on starting a rookie quarter back.

Washington -3.5 over Arizona- Two very similar teams at this point in the season. Shanahan's zone blocking scheme has been very effective against certain 3-4 defenses in the past. (no need to mention them here) I'm sipping the Rex Grossman kool aid more than Kevin Kolb's for this contest. Home field advantage and a better defense benefit the Redskins.

Dallas -3 over San Francisco - The Cowboys had New York on the ropes, but Romo got careless and committed an awful turnover. This will be a statement game for Dallas, as it goes up against a former playoff rival. A convincing win here sets up a nice Cowboys and Indians showdown next Monday night.

These two picks, coupled with a Stillers win over Seattle would put the NFC West at 0-3 this weekend heading into Monday night. Looks like I'm forecasting this to once again be the weakest division in football.
