trading the pick?
Trading the first pick seems to have recently become a popular option.
Pittsburgh Steelers director of football operations Kevin Colbert seems to have given this rumor legs by saying the team will let all of the other teams know they are open to the possibility of trading up or down in the first round of the 2011 NFL Draft.
The San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys, Washington Redskins, Detroit Lions and Seattle Seahawks would like to trade down in the first round of the 2011 NFL Draft unless there is a player they want to take with their pick.
The New England Patriots and The Philadelphia Eagles would be open to trading up in the first round of the 2011 NFL Draft if there is a player they value that is available.
my question is can the Steelers get value? The Steelers always seem to get the short end of trades cause they have no poker face and always seem to how their hand.

NFL network is saying The Pittsburgh Steelers will try to trade up in the first round of the 2011 NFL Draft if University of Florida OG Mike Pouncey starts to slip down the draft board.
