I imagine there will be some pretty hungry Steelers next season.

Keep in mind that 60% or more of the Super Bowl losers fail to make the playoffs the following season.

Well, the last time The Steelers made it to The SB but lost it in The 1995 Season to The Cowboys, they made the playoffs the following season. They beat The Colts in the Wildcard Round before falling to The Pre-Brady Pats in The Divisional Round, IIRC....
Another interesting tidbit; The Team that won The SB has not won a playoff game the following season since The 2005 Patriots. The Pack will not have history on their side, that's for sure....

Does anyone friggin care out there, what the odds are next yr? The Stillers just laid an egg in the biggest gm on the planet & the possibility of a lockout is very real.
Speaking of this stinkin' gm they just played, I was trying to come up w/ one, single solitary player who actually played better than expected, and the only guy I could come up with was Randle El. Maybe Legursky too, taking over for Pouncey.
I think the thing that got me the maddest on Sun was that penalty by Keyaron Fox. What a bonehead MF'er he was. I really hope the Stillers can his ass next yr, w/ guys like Worilds waiting in line.

that has been on my mind. Not only do they not make the playoffs but they have downright miserable seasons, usually surrounded with injuries. But 2009-10 was one of those years so I am hoping not to repeat that trend. Get Starks back (I know whoopee), have Flozell for another year (need to check into that), move Colon to guard and draft well for the line and I have hope there. Defensive backs another issue. If a lockout occurs then we get a reprieve.
