Steelers tender 4
Colon (first round), Sepulveda (fourth round), Matt Spaeth (3rd round), and William Gay(5th round) all received their tenders.
William Gay sucks.

I don't see anyone giving us a #1 for Colon, a #3 for Matt Spaeth or a #5 for William Gay.
a #4 for Sepulveda, I could have seen pre-injury, but not now

It might not be so bad if they lost Sepulveda. I heard yesterday that the former University of Pitt Punter they signed a couple of weeks ago can also handle kickoff duties, which, even though it's 5 yards deeper in The NFL, would probably be no worse than Reed's normal k.o.s'.

I hope they all sign some place else. A 3rd for worthless Spaeth and 5th for the equally worthless Gay would be worth more than either of these two value. I am still not ready to see Sepulveda go but a 4th rounder would be okay. A first round for Colon would be huge bonus but I doubt it will happen.

#1 for Colon would be awesome if we can get any takers. You have four teams that are looking hard for OT's this year. KC, SF, Oak and GB. If I was to take a pick I would say that Colon goes to KC. The questions that are in place is someone willing to give the Steelers a #1 pick for him to save some money, and with 31 overall RFA's this year on the OT position, will he stand out enough? I am not holding my breath on this one.
#4 Sepulveda, I think there is some potential on this one. As far as I can see, he is the only RFA punter this year. He does have some potential to get picked up. If he was tendered for 5th round, I think there would be no problem him going to another team. 4th round seems a bit high this year with very few teams having issues in this position. I hate to see him go though, I do think he is a good punter (I know, let the flames begin) and fits the Steeler mold. Not many punters are of his size (6'3" and 230 lbs) and is not afraid to tackle someone. If any doubts, check out his Baylor tape.
#3 for Matt Speath. Not going to happen. With only 27 receptions in 3 years, he does not even have enough highlight films to fill a 1 minute clip. There is no team out there that is THAT desperate for a TE.
#5 William Gay, ROFL LOL ROFL LOL ROFL LOL ROFL LOL ROFL. Is it possible that we can just trade him for 15 kilograms of meat like a certain Romanian Soccer player Marius Cioara? (http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story ... 49&cc=5901) There is not a single NFL team that could possibly keep a straight face for more then 3 seconds when they see his name comes across the wires for consideration.
Of these 4, I think Daniel is the only player that a team is going to be willing to comp the Steelers a draft pick this year.

Will.I.Am Gay is as worthless as they come. I would give someone OUR 5th round pick just to take this bum off our hands!
