I didn't catch the whole game but the highlights showed McFadden being burnt like toast for 3 TD's.

I'm no fan of W. Gay but at least he isn't costing $2.5mil per yr.

There are going to be a lot of corners coming out in the draft..........it's obvious we need one of them.........but does Colbert know this? He seems to think the OL is fine.

William Gay is just plain terrible. Worst starting corner in the league. He's been burnt by every single WR he's covered.

Impossible. Will.I.Am Gay is simply the WORST cornerback currently in the league. I am going to vomit all over myself if he's starting in week 1 next season. I've honestly never seen 1 corner back get worked as much as this guy.

Surely, you have not forgotten about Hank Poteat?

My recollection is not many last year were moanin' and groanin' about the loss of McFadden, in fact I believe there was some laughter at the value he fetched in free agency. The new kid William Gay was lookin' pretty good and he cleared up a lot of cap room; fuk McFadden!

Reality is, there are only a handful of corners and safeties who can really stand out in pass coverage anymore, and we have one, he just couldn't play much this year. He's the kind of guy who makes every other player on his team a better player, too. Hopefully he will be back in full force next year; if he is, my guess is Gay miraculously improves his caliber of play.

Or we could trade Gay for Poteat. He just completed his 11th year in the NFL, playing all 16 games for the Browns.
