It is time (past time) for Steeler Nation to bombard the Steeler front office with demands for the removal of Arians. Let's inundate them with Emails and Snailmail.
Those who can get into the games ...bring signs demanding he go ....get them seen on TV....let the groundswell of discontent be known . It seems the FO and MT just don't see what we fans see....Arians is totally inept. We have got to get rid of this clueless OC ASAP.
This season may be too far gone thanks to this ass....so let's make sure he is gone before next season. On paper we sure look like we have the manpower to be a top tier team but f-ing Arians doesn't know how to properly use the tools he has to win football games....we've got get rid of this idiot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm going to write the Steelers right now. and email right now! If every one of us does this multiple times and if we push others to follow suit and let the Pittsburgh media know our discontent and it gets reported by the TV talking heads that Stillers fans want this guy gone ....we might have an effect.

Your assumption, which needs to be validated, is that Arians and Tomlin aren't doing exactly what the Rooney's want them to do. If they are, then do you think that whining and complaining on our part will do much good?

The Rooneys couldn't care less about what we think. Look, you wanna be a bunch of crybaby whiners or do you want to do something effective? Here's what's needed:

Find out who are all of the sponsors of the Steeler telecasts. Get the names and addresses and emails if possible of the presidents of those corporations. Send them the following:

"From now on we're going to record the Steeler games and watch them after the fact. First we'll see whether they won or lost. If they won then we'll watch the games. If they lost then we'll promptly delete the recordings without watching them."

When those executives find out that their expensive commercials won't even get looked at by Steeler Nation unless the Steelers win, they'll take care of the Rooneys for us.

Do you mean the Rooney's want the Steelers to lose? What the hell are you talking about? Cowher, despite his losses in many AFC title games, did bring home a Super Bowl with a 2nd year QB. If it were up to you, we'd have the Dan Snyder version of the Steelers. New coaches every year, new systems, new players, a f-ing revolving door of .500 teams year-in, year-out. I'm happy the Rooney's have a stable organization that is the envy of most cities with NFL franchises. It's true that this year has been frustrating, and that Arians play calling is incomprehensible at times. But the idea that the resident curmudgeons on this board are going to organize some kind of grass roots campaign to change the coaching staff is truly laughable, or sad, depending on your perspective.
