Arians and Ward blocking
One thing I have not seen mentioned anywhere was the beautifully designed PASS plays where Arians kept Hines Ward in to block. I saw two, there may have been more. On one they ended up dumping it off to Hines for a short gain. The other I believe was a sack or incompletion. I mean, how brilliant was that of Arians - take the leading receiver in all categories in the history of the Steelers and make him a blocker on a pass play! Didn't you see every member of the Bengal defense just stop and scratch their head? With innovation like that, think of how far we can go.

its very simple Arians is a fucking moron who has somthing on the rooneys not sure what the hell it is but it must be really good
"Now that I'm here, I don't want to just be here, I want to be here for a long time." Hines Ward , 1998.

I can't believe I forgot about this. While watching the game I said to my friends, "what a great use of our hall of fame WR, leave him in on pass protection"...One of the dumbest things Arians has ever done in my opinion.

fire arians
Re: Arians and Ward blocking
I don't know- since Ward has pretty much been erased from the passing game due to his utter failure to get open the last few games, maybe Arians figured he should use Ward in a spot where he still is doing a good job.
