"Just wondering: Has anybody noticed that the Titans have not won a game since Dec. 21, 2008? That was the day a handful of players mistreated the Terrible Towel at LP Field as the Titans were closing out a victory over the Steelers.

At this rate, Keith Bulluck and the fellas need to offer a public apology to the city of Pittsburgh, ask forgiveness and — hopefully — rid themselves of the Curse of the Terrible Towel."

59-0 in the 3rd quarter. my god im usually against running up the score but im loving every bit of this.

Well the Titans are 0-6. They haven't won a game since the stomping of our towel. I have a sister-in-law that lives in Tennessee. She couldn't wait to call me last year after they beat us and gloat. That was just before I found out how they disrespected the towel. The game wasn't televised in my area. I was livid when I realized what had happened and that she thought it as funny. It was hard, but I tried to not say anything that I would be sorry for. I didn't want it to become a family feud. I relied on the fact that there's always another game! Of course, we won the Superbowl and I thought that was justice! It just keeps getting better now with tonights 59-0 loss!! Things are REAL QUIET with my sister-in-law these days! She actually called me after game 1 when we beat the Titans and said, "Well we almost beat you. We'll get you next time." Can you believe that?! I'm trying to be a good sport ~ Pittsburgh style! I haven't returned the rudeness by gloating, but I must say that I'M LOVING THIS! This is real poetic Justice!! I'm no Patriot fan, so for the first time I was cheering for Tom Brady. Beware the curse of the Terrible Towel!!!!!

it's funny.

after the steelers/titans game, i called the titans defense top 5-caliber when they play us, no matter how the teams are composed, who is injured, or where it is played. no one wanted to listen. no one i was talking to was a steelers fan. i proceeded to stop caring about the titans.

they looked really good against an opponent they traditionally dominate and lost. it was a hard-fought game and both teams beat the living hell out of each other. we were victorious. they haven't been the same since...

... they desecrated the towel, as the article states.

they are oh - and - six after being one of, if not *the* most dominant team(s) from last year.
