San Diego Point Spread

Postby Rushmore » Mon Sep 28, 2009 2:22 pm

Yahoo.com has Stillers as a 6 1/2 point favorite??!?!?

At best, Stillers win 21-20.

This game is going to define our identity this season. We need to not only win against SD, we need to destroy them, on both sides of the ball. If we luck out a win like in Tenn or worse, we lose, then I don't see us going very far even IF we make the playoffs. I am starting to wonder if guys are complacent with ther two rings and satisfied.

Agreed, this is the Sunday night game. Everyone will be watching, it would be nice if it ended up being a statement game. I am sick up nail-biters. I'm getting an ulcer. Even though at this point I wouldn't care if Casey Hampton throws the game-winning TD pass to Sepulveda. Just as long as we freaking win.

I don't care how we win so long as we win. Can anyone stomach starting 1 - 3? I don't want to try.

Yeah, after some head-scratching call that prevents us from getting a touchdown.

I like it when were the underdog, it seem's as if the boys play with a chip on their shoulders. We will win this game by at least 14 points. Now if we win by only one I will still be happy but our team has the ability to blow these boys out.

I don't know about anyone else here, but I never feel confident that we're going to win. Even when I know our team should win- that we're outright better- there's always the chance we'll screw ourselves over somehow. This season's play so far is my biggest nightmare. We shouldn't have lost ANY of those games. We ARE the better team. Doesn't amount to anything, though, if we keep sitting back on D and playing like a high school JV team.

I already have a Steelers ulcer. It's been there from the beginning.

Side note: I hope those Bengals-fan jackholes choke on that win. They can party it up with their toothless, hill billy friends who still proudly display their AFC North Champion bumper stickers the year we won our 5th Super Bowl.
