why does the media keep talking about the chargers...
as a contender? they are a soft team and are getting manhandled by the raiders. yeah they could win if they pull off a big play but they are getting outphysicaled badly on both sides of the ball. if the raiders even had someone even as good as bubby brister at qb they would be up by 30 points.

Everyone keeps overlooking the FACT that Norv Turner is a walking cluster-f*ck as a Head Coach. He is an above average Offensive Coordinator, but he has no clue how to run the whole show. Take a look at his Track Record: (from Wikipedia)

I honestly think analysts talk about other teams not so much that those teams are good but because it is very very hard to repeat. Face it, Cowher's last team mailed it in. Hopefully, leader-guys like Ben, Ward, & Townsend won't let complacency set in.
