Game. Set. Match. for Andrea McNulty

Postby PSUPERCY » Thu Aug 27, 2009 1:17 pm

The latest in a series of emails puts an end to this issue. McNulty must be kin to Belichick or something. :surockin: :surockin: :surockin:

In an e-mail that the accuser sent to Guy Hyder, Harrah's director of security, on the very day the alleged rape occurred, the accuser typed, "Ben is so effing hot and I am so bored."

Then, two days after the alleged rape, the accuser joked that she was quitting her job and moving to Pittsburgh because she was pregnant with Roethlisberger's child.

"You can be the god father . . . Uncle Guy," the accuser wrote in the next e-mail that she sent.

In another e-mail, the accuser wrote, "Hail Mary full of grace give me the strength to not go to his room to fix his television." (The timing of this e-mail isn't clear. If it was sent before the alleged assault, then this might very well be a smoking gun.)

Now countersue Ben, take all eight of her dollars!!!! :supissed: :supissed:

Sorry if this post bothered you. Even though this is actually new information. However, in my opinion a big deal should be made out of cases like this and the Duke case so that the accused can be afforded due process, instead of automatic public damnation. Ben was spared the PR hit due to his reputation but what if it had been Santonio or James Harrison?

I agree. These women need to be made an example of. Any woman with the thought process that crying rape to get paid is okay needs be dealt with as severly as a person who commits rape. Rape is no joke. I saw a guy get 10 years for rape. A rape he claims was consensual. I hope to God Ben and his lawyers counter sue and make an example of this whore. I bet she ends up in playboy making a million dollars, all because she drug Ben through the mud.

In the future, I sure hope that he keeps enough chaparones around to prevent this from happening again. Supporters of BR7 from all over the country came out of the woodwork to keep his reputation from being screwed up-shit like this needs to be severely dealt with once and for all.

Also brings to mind the recent basketball player from L.A. (cannot remember his name) where the bitch cried rape-almost ruined a marriage and a career. Serious stuff that cannot be allowed to go unpunished...

2 words: Duke LaCrosse

When are we going to stop this crap by suing the daylights out of the lawyers that bring this nonsense to the forefront (ambulance chasers), the false accusers, the press, anyone who participates in this crap. This girl needs to be made an example, regardless of how "sick" she is. Make her pay.

Any anger directed at the woman should be reserved for the law firm. It appears they did no "due diligence" on her claims and instead went for the high-profile case that gets their name publicized, innocent reputations be damned. Without this supposedly high-profile law firm's assistance, her claims would have gotten no airing whatsoever.

If all these emails are indeed real, clearly this woman has some mental issues and should be more pitied than vilified. Again, without the law firm, she'd just be someone making crazy claims to draw attention. If Ben is to counter-sue, it should be against the law firm, not her. All the firm had to do was to talk to some of the other employees and ask to get into her email accounts, apparently.

The sad part is it's this kind of stuff that prevents real rape victims from coming forward.

Exactly. She contacted the ambulance chasers, not the other way around. However, I think both should be punished. These kind of frivalous lawsuits need to be penalized in some way shape or form. But she definitly needs to be punished, regardless of the law firms lack of due diligence.
