Essex in great shape. Said he lost "a ton" of weight. Ready for battle at RG. Could very well be the favorite now.

as much as i hated shanahan when he was beating us in the playoffs last decade, i would LOVE to have him now.

Shanahan running our offense would be AWESOME! That guy's system allows undrafted free agent running backs to rush for 1,500 yards a season. I could only imagine what our undrafted free agent running back would do to the leauge with this guy calling the shots.
