How many years will it take for Nance to fully recover that 1st or 2nd round form he had before the injury – SIX years ago?

The bottom three WRs on the Vikings roster are Aundrae Allison, Jaymar Johnson, and Darius Reynaud. This is the gang that sent Martin Nance packing. Allison’s 10 catches for 109 yards marks the only contributions from these three in 2008, but they have only been in the league for three, two and one years, respectively. The potential of youth wins out.

Sweed has that youth factor going for him. So will a draftee. I pull for underdogs as much as the next guy, but Martin Nance has a lot of work to do just to stick with this team.

Great info. He has a Plax-like highlight on NFL.com. However, drops and fake injury aside, has anyone else noticed how good of a blocker Sweed actually is? I'm not just talking about crushing Corey Ivy either. Check it out, this kid is a really solid and willing downfield blocker.
