Must read
Hi. Everyone, I live in Pittsburgh, but for the superbowl I had to be up in Connecticut for it. I was at a big house party with a few other Steeler fans and I truly loved how Cheatriots and other fans were cheering for the Cardinals as if it was their team. I knew going into this super bowl NO One wanted to see the Black N Gold win the ring, but it made it even better than ever to know the whole world except Stiller Nation wanted us to tank the game.
The future is looking great. As I said before, we have a dynasty brewing upon us. There is no reason with solidifying the O-Line we don't repeat. On Offense, Tonio, Ward, Nate, (Sweed) in The red zone, Mendy, Parker, Miller, and of course NUMBER 7... The defense enough said about those guys.
Lets repeat and have the "next dynasty"
Ben is getting 5 rings before he calls it a quite

+1.
Our team is sealed, locked up, and ready to go if the season started tomorrow. I don't see this team "blinking" in defending a world title, not with this coaching staff. Tomlin has this team on an ultimate high and setting stages week in and week out with the way he leads this team, first and foremost. There is no doubt, we could be the next dynasty. It already started winning 2 of the last 4!
What I'm excited about is seeing who stays, who goes, then build the core after that for years to come, veteran wise. I'd like to finally see the O-line stay intact. People seem to forget the injuries that stalled an offense that could have been unstopable. Mendenhall is going to be a monster, and you'll see how Willie will feed off of him. The Wide Recieving Core should bid for a tandem that noone would want to mess with. Ben is now a legend. Defense is now, Steel Curtain II.
We are built, fellas.. for many more runs.

i just hope we can make some upgrades to the o-line because that's the weakness of this team. imagine if we had to play philadelphia instead. not saying we'd lose but ben would have definitely gotten hit more
the defense should even be more improved with timmons getting settled in to the starting role. they have the playmakers on offense, which could be boosted with mendenhall and sweed if they even halfway live up to their promise. ben is ben. o-line is bleh. hopefully the FO can acquire us some talent on the line. maybe even a more talented fullback than davis, and a draft pick on a potential dangerous kick returner

I love the optimism from everyone but this team has a big problem coming up in the next 1-2 years. Our defensive line is very old and these guys will be extremely hard to replace. Hampton will be 32, Hoke 33, Aaron Smith 33, Brett Keisel 30, and Travis Kirschke 35 next season. Smith especially will be extremely difficult to replace. Without a good D-line you don't can't have a great team...period. The Steelers always make it happen though but right now we don't have their replacements.

I tip my hat to the O-line despite some of their lack of taking care of Big Benny. They faced adversity and stuck to each other and learned the offensive scheme. This team has become one of the best in the Steeler history.

Defensive line will be fine for another couple years. Which means we will have upgrades before the end of the current line.
