Steelers still have one cut to come to meet roster requirements. Who is it going to be?

The Pittsburgh Steelers announced Wednesday, July 2, that the team added WR Marvin X. Allen as part of the NFL International Practice Squad Program. Allen will remain on the team's practice squad for the entire 2008 season.

Steelers waived QB Jared Zabransky.

Fantasy Spin: The Steelers could've picked from 79 other players to cut to make room for international practice squad player Marvin Allen, so this isn't a great sign for Zabransky. It may indicate, however, that Dennis Dixon has looked good.

TSN has a take on the cut, but I'm doubtful of Dixon.
Truth is Zabnsky is a winner, but just doesn't have an NFL arm.
