Special Teams Playing Special
Tomlin did a good job improving our special teams this year. The coverage has played pretty good all year and the return game has been stepping up in the post season. Having Santonio back there is making teams think twice. Russell is also emerging as a a pretty good kick returner. I have no idea why Davis is still taking some of those kickoffs though. We should only keep Russell and Moore back.

Still has some room for more improvement, but the special teams has been playing better in the post season.

Now, granted, Tomlin was given a good team, but he has actually coached these guys up.
When was the last time that we were able to brag about the Steelers secondary?
The special teams is still making potentially game killing plays, but some of that is a function of our sucky punter. If Sep's in there, I don't think we see that PR in the Rats game.
