It was suggested some weeks ago against Tennessee that LeBeau was holding his defense back a little bit, due to the poor performance of the Defense, and do to the fact that we COULD see the Titans again in the Championship Match. By the sounds of it, LeBeau has something up his sleeves that can rattle such QB's like Rivers, Collins, or Flacco.

I am sure Dick will come up with a few new wrinkles for each opponent and what their tendencies are. what works against one team may not work with another.

One thing we have to do is shadow Sproles out of the back field. I would love to see us jump a screen pass and take it for a TD.

Totally off-topic, but every time I hear the phrase "holding something back", I get Lela Rochon and Harlem Nights flashbacks:

"Oh Richie, you know, I have to admit, when we first met, I was intimidated by you. And when we made love, I held back."


Does that mean that Dick was intimidated by the Titans? Yikes!

He held nothing back.

But there should be plenty there to handle the Chargers. The only players I see giving you trouble would be Sproles and Jackson.

a few new wrinkles would be nice and also expected but as for "holding back"....i doubt that very much.
