Welcome to the board.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and everyone else here.

Remember Thanksgiving is the holiday where it is OK to give your family the bird.

Does anyone know why we're saddled with the Lions and Cowboys every Thanksgiving?..
Really, can it get anymore boring? I eat too much, I'm tired anyway, and every year I'm forced to watch this shit.

:suahhbs:

..welcome to the board BTW.

I was at the Thanksgiving massacre on Thursday. I have a buddy who has season tickets to the Lions and I thougth it would be cool to take my Father-in-law and two Brother-in-laws to their first NFL game. We got the tickets back in August, so who knew? But it was bad. I have never been to an NFL game that quiet and subdued. I felt so bad, because I wanted to share the excitement that I get at the Steeler games I get to go to with my family. What a dissaster. I told my one brother-in-law, who is like my best friend, that if I won my "eliminator league" (which is down to me and two other dudes) that I would take the winnings and buy Steeler tickets on eBay and show him what a real NFL game is like! The good news is, Pitt will be playing the Lions in Detroit next year, and I can only hope it is the Thanksgiving game!! I would have first dibs on 5 tickets! And we all know we would take over that awesome dome that they have!!

Well, nice move anyway.

Regardless, like I said, the whole country was bored out of their scull.
