What was Troy, 2nd runnerup?? Also the interception was thrown right at Harrison, loved his hurdle though. Spaeth next time.

Gary Russell,

it didn't occur to me untill i read this article, but he DID get a bunch of clutch runs and 1st downs. Great analysis.

This is one of the reasons i keep coming back to this website.

I can't believe Jeff Reed wasn't even mentioned here...without Reed's pressure kicking in that nasty cold, this would be a 6-4 team for sure...

I thought about Reed too, but for a game when he missed his first FG in about a year? He almost always does better in the FG department.

He's been practicing from Antartica all week, with wind machines.

Thanks, Dirt. That's presicely why we're running this here web site.....to point out such things that the average folk may have overlooked.

And, lest I forget to mention (to others, not Dirt), the Hard Hat Award isn't about graceful, artistic plays, such as Pola's INT. The Hard Hat is about mental & physical toughness; grit; tenacity; courage; duty; and intestinal fortitude.
