No, it's starting to feel like the late 60's. I've said it once and I'll say it again....when Dan and Artie fucking Jr. hired Mike Tomlin, they set this organization back 40 years.

Dollars to doughnuts the RooneyRule was in full effect. I refused to believe that back then...Now? I'm not so sure.
Sure looks like they picked the wrong man for the job at this point and time.

Tomlin's a sophomore, and in Pittsburgh, that just means he's here for at least another dozen years...
Once he matures enough to fix the issues we have, first by firing Arians, second by usurping some draft leverage from Colbert to address the OL, he will look like a genius...
...and all the Tomlin-haters like Timmay here will look like fools yet again.
as long a we get a few more rings on the way, I'm willing to be patient enough to give him the benefit of the doubt and wait out his maturing.
