Who Should Be The New D.C.?

Who do you all think should be the Steelers new defensive coordinator; Somebody currently in the organization, or fresh blood from outside?
I'd say fresh blood from outside the organization. I think Keith Butler would just be a LeBeau clone, which would be useless if they are indeed moving in a "new direction"
Perhaps someone like Raheem Morris? IDK.
Your thoughts?
