The Steelers released Punter Zoltan Mesko today, and signed 10 year vet Mat McBriar to take his place.
McBriar punted for The Cowboys for 8 seasons and was a 2 time Pro Bowl Selection. He has a career avg of just a hair over 45 yards per punt, and a net avg of 38 yards.
He won't have to do much to "outperform" what Zoltan did, although with the way this team has evaluated talent in the past 2-3 years, who knows.....
