What if...we're 1 and done or "none & done"?
Denver will not be a cakewalk by any stretch. We cannot score and the "O" shows NO SIGNS of adjusting.
I love how Redzone runs - those 2 drops were from devastating hits. I want that man to carry the mail.
They should have put him back on the horse in Cleve. Hell, he should have been in the game for those insipid 4 dive plays in 1st Cleve. game. This man is a beast when he runs.
Will Arians be fired (we can dream, can't we?) if we lose in Denver?
What if we're 1 'n dun? Beat Den. and lose in next round?
Tomlin won't pull the pin, we all know that. But front office? A lot of talent waiting to be used on the offensive side and this complete baffoon of an OC couldn't find his ass with both hands if 1 hand was already on it. He cannot, or will not, make ANY offensive adjustment during a game. He has to go - he is our biggest opponent, not Goddell or any NFL team.
Thoughts?

Arians getting canned if the Stillers lose to the Donco's, now that would be a nice salve on the wound.
But it won't happen. Arians getting canned, I mean. If it hasn't happened already, it aint' gonna.
But its interesting that some of us are thinking Denver is not gonna be a cakewalk like the media seems to think.
Time to bring out Ward's hyperbaric chamber for Ben's ankle.

I don't think Denver will be a cakewalk at all. I think you get a QB who is more orthodox and our pass D matches up well. However, we have been burned in the recent past by mobile guys, and even more so by scramblers. While Tebow doesn't pose much of a threat from the pocket or on the deep ball (which, incidentally, might offset Ryan Clark's absence to some degree) he can run. He can run, and he can break tackles. Throw in the fact that our offense hasn't remotely clicked since the Cincy game and the fact that Denver has a relatively stout D, I expect to be in for a dogfight. Trite but true, win the turnover battle, play smart special teams, convert third downs on O, and get off the field on third downs on D and we win. While the turnover battle is usually the most critical of those factors, I believe that our D getting off the field on third downs may prove more important. The last thing I want to see is Tebow running for a first on multiple 3rd and 10+ yards. Furthermore, one thing to watch is, if Troy ends up spying Tebow sometimes, or rushing him, we then have NO seasoned safety on the field for deep help. I just hope that the HC, DC, and OC are taking this game as seriously as we all are.

IMO, we need to come out firing and try to get up by 14 early by mixing no-huddle with quick hits to the WR's on 3-5 step drops. Then, on offense, pull Ben early and run the wheels off Redman while the defense can pin their ears back.

Amen.
