An important but not terribly compelling victory. Yet again the Steelers failed to play a complete game and it almost came back to haunt them. The grades assigned by Mill seem fair and personally I don't know who should get the Hard Hat. Kudos to Mendenhall on the last TD run. Also, Brown and Cotchery should kick back part of their pay to Wallace; with #17 drawing double coverage, the other receivers are getting great looks (and Brown especiallyis making the most of his opportunities). The team needs to stay focused after the bye - Baltimore gave back a game yesterday and the division crown and home-field advantage would make a huge difference in the playoffs - assuming the Steelers qualify.

Thanks again Mill for your work. I enjoy reading it!
I gotta go with Gay for the hardhat. He had some good passes defensed and came up with the rarest of rare, a Steeler interception.
Kemo is going to get BR killed before this is all over. We badly need a new G for his position. he gets bullrushed and can't handle the speed. He hasn't been as effective on his pulls this season.
Also not having Shitpulveda in the lineup means we don't get our weekly pooch punt kicked into the EZ. Krapinos is better.

Yup. All good. Not one facet missed. Gay gets hard hat. Woodley comes back in 2 weeks to relieve this Larry Foote situation

I think on the first Cinci TD pass Pola thought Clark was going to intercept (haha) and backed off? Of course Clark jumped to soon, as usual, and ended up on his ass as the ball got there When he's late he can lower his head and shout ramming speed for another personal foul Maybe the 40k fine will knock some sense into him

The emergence of A. Brown has to be one of the biggest highlights of the season so far. I really think he's got every other receiver on the squad trying to keep up, which only makes them all better.
As much as I have berated Willie Gay the last 2 years, I've got to him his due this week. Let's hope this continues, since we know he will see most of the action with Ike on the other side.
