I agree with the HairDresser - especially re: Mendenhall. The Hard Hat is awarded based upon the player's performance in a particular game, as I understand it. Mendenhall has been having a crabby season but had a great game against Jacksonville. Give credit where it's due.

PS to Aaron Smith: Pay close attention to the Kiesel film. That used to be you!
