Mike Tomlin has decided to keep both of his coordinators but must find a replacement for secondary coach Ray Horton, hired by Arizona as the Cardinals' defensive coordinator.

Comeon Mike!......haven't we had to endure enough yet?! Is there really no one available who's better qualified? Do you read any news articles at all? Do you enjoy making all the other teams more happy? Just how bad does he have to fuck up this year? Don't you find it odd that no one wanted to interview him after the last year of his contact?

agree! Seems likt the guy has a permanent job for at least 3 more years. Go figure.

I know this is old news and I'm playing some catch up (I just had to get away from football news for a while after the superbowl debacle) but I've said it before and I'll say it again, I'm a Tomlin guy but no head coach has real leverage over his staff when both his coordinators are already picked out for him before he takes the job. If Tomlin was only told "you can bring in whoever you want, just run a 3-4" I bet LeBeau would be retired right now, and Arians would have been shitcanned after '09.

The thing is, if we had won the game, Arians would surely have been gone. Think about it, however inexplicable his covered potluck dinner of an offense is, there are plenty of franchises stupid enough to take him as their head coach simply because he would have been the OC on *three* world championship football teams.
