To replace LeBeau is DC? A guess.

Makes sense. He could be looking for a consultant's role too. My gut tells me if the D gets shredded and we lose that Dick will hang it up.

Fischer would be a nice upgrade over Dick the Dullard.

Dude, you're kidding right?

Our defense has been superior to Tennessee's for a long time - and the stats back up that assertion.

We've been better than them in total yards allowed, points allowed, etc. Their corners are probably far superior to ours and we've even bested them in pass yards allowed too.

p.s. Fisher's next coaching position will be head coach. The guy has 17 years of experience as a head coach, he ain't gonna be a coordinator. I believe he was the head of (or was at least on) the NFL's competition committee for a while. Kevin Mawae (president of the NFLPA) also played for him for years; maybe they're trying to get some back channel communications going? There are tons of potential reasons he might've met with the Rooneys, and almost none of them have to do with coaching for the Steelers.

I agree Fisher will not be coming to the Steelers or any other team as a assistant coach.
