THE GAME WOULDV'E BEEN A W IF NOT FOR REEDS MISSED F.G.'S...
I say start shopping for placekickers, maybe even start looking at World Cup Soccer players either from Africa or South America since that how they "discovered" Gary Anderson. I'm tired of us losing tight games that wouldn't be so tight if not for the missed F.G.'s. Just a continuance of the previous post, LINK:

He fixes his kickoff style and flubs his field goal style. The fella can't do two things at once obviously.

Yet you continue to post here?? Hmmm. If you don't like it then don't read it, period!
Sorry man but I cannot allow you to call my Steeler brothers morons. Try ESPN or FOXSPORTS and then you can call out some of those geniuses posting over there.

The game would have been won despite Reed's missed field goals if:
(1) Kemo and Spaeth don't commit dumb ass holding penalties inside the five.
(2) Fox (was it Fox?) doesn't commit a dumb ass holding penalty on Seppy's booming ass punt from the EZ.
(3) McFadden doesn't get totally frozen by an admittedly Ben-esque level pump fake by Flacco.
(4) If our D line and pass rush didn't turn to soft cheese on the final drive. How many blitzes did we run for naught on that final drive? Why did Flacco have all day to throw the ball?
Or barring (1) through (4) Reed makes a couple of field goals.

You asked with your eyes Trent, you asked with your eyes.

The Fox holding call is confusing to me. Based on the prior penalties backing up the LOS, the foul had to of occurred in the EZ. Holding in the EZ = a safety. Harbaugh elected to settle on taking 10, and give the points Having to go 40 yards instead of 50 might have made all the difference. It may seem trivial, but the Ravens could have been stopped inside the 10 with only 3 plays to score.

It was confusing to me as well. The only idea I can come up with is that the call was considered to have happened after the kick. So essentially Fox was no longer an offensive player so a safety could not be called. In hindsight maybe we would have been better off getting called for the safety. There should have been more talk about this in the media, by the ref, or by the tv announcers. Not sure what Tunch and Hillgrove had to say.

I listened to the after game show on 102.5 WDVE for about an hour before I had to turn it off. It was basically a rehash of woulda, coulda, shoulda and nothing specifically about the play calling on offense or defense or any of the aforementioned issues that remain unanswered.
