Hey guys, am I a fool for thinking we can win out and make the playoffs? So glad we play Thursday and against the Browns. It will really let us know if we can rebound and save this season or truly hit rock bottom. If we can get past the Packers I think we'll make it because I see Baltimore and Miami being out of it when we play them. Just hope we get the help we need!

if troy comes back for greenbay....we win out....but its looking like troy may miss more games and possibly the rest of the season.

So if you don't think we cover the spread you actually think we will win a close game this year. I think covering is more likely. I think Troy is playing possum and will be back if we are still in contention either next week or the week after. The schedule is very favorable for things to fall into place if we somehow do manage to win out. With both teams ahead of us to play the Colts in the upcoming weeks as well as other good wildcard teams fighting for their spots against them. Its all gotta start tomorrow night though! I've already found my bar with NFL network, so here's to the Steelers and another magical play off run!!!

almost every win was numerically close this year. which disproves what you are typing. even the blowout....beating chargers by ten....was close pretty much the whole game as at any second chargers could score a TD. they got 28 on us.....

Maybe im not understanding you? you think its likely we beat the browns by more than ten which is the spread because .....weve NOT dominated any team weve played this year?

you do realize we lost to the chiefs who were as bad as the browns considering they didnt have dwayne bowe when they played us....they didnt have larry johnson either......

the chiefs the week they beat us were probably alot worse than the browns. browns just scored 23 points on the resurgent chargers team ....9-3 record. they almost beat em.

chargers won by 7 and were favored by around 15.

so in conclusion I say we win by 1 or 3 points. possibly 4 to 7 if we play well. If you like steelers and the spread I say save the time and stress and just light your money on fire now and watch it burn. much quicker and definitely less painful than hoping on a steeler blowout.

I was just about to start a thread saying that in 17 days we will be hosting the Ravens in basically a playoff game for the #6 seed...If Troy comes back, I could see this team playing in the AFCCG
