Missing Ken Whisenhunt...
After dealing with the awfull Kevin Gilbride for so many years, having Whisenhunt and Mularkey to a certain extent, really infused a team that had one of the sorriest offense in the league for a string of years.
It's clear that Ken Whisenhunt was probably one of the best offensive coordinators to ever work for this team in its modern era. He was pretty successful even at the start of his career as o-coord.
He can be credited to a very large point, in the development of Ben Roethlisburger, simplifying the passing schemes out and gradually introducing new plays for the rookie to learn.
He's shown his nack for offensive brilliance even now by resurrecting the Cardinals offense.
And when i see Bruce Arians dump dump passing all game long like a robotic brainless idiot, and then going for deep passes late in the game in bad field position, it just pisses me off more and more considering who we had filling the position just 3 years ago.
