If Ben truly is the emergency QB, I think he plays if it's seen that Dixon and Palko suck.

And the rumors are swirling that the Steelers are "taking one for the league" with the increased discussion/awareness around concussions. If this had been last year, Ben would have played.

The plot thickens.
