Worst Steeler Losses Of Recent Memory?
Yesterday's fiasco in K.C. got me to thinking of some of The Steelers worst losses in recent memory.(I'm talking against horrible teams they had no business losing against.) Here are 5 off the top of my head in no particular order;
1.) At Oakland-2006. Defending S.B. Champs lose to Bottom Feeding AFC West Team. Deja Veu?
2.) At Cinci in O.T.-2001. 14-4, Division Champs, AFC Championship Finalist. One of those 4 losses to the horrible Bungles.
3.) At Home against Houston-2002. I think expansion Houston had less than 100 yards of total offense, David Carr was sacked several times, yet Houston still won the game by double digits thanks to 2 or 3 defensive scores.
4.) At N.Y. Jets in O.T.-2007. Big Ben outdeuled by the Mighty Kellen Clements.
5.) At Baltimore in O.T.-2005. One of Kyle Boller's 3 good games. This Raven Team only won 5 or 6 contests that season.

Re: Worst Steeler Losses Of Recent Memory?
These kinda losses are really getting hard to take. What I plan on doing about it for the rest of this season at least is this. I've got directv with the ability to record the games. I'll record the Steeler games. Then I'll check the scores to see if they won or lost. If they won I'll watch the recording. If they lost I'll just delete the sunofabitch without watching. Piss on those bastards. They oughta give back the money people spent on season tickets this season.

You missed that loss in AZ a few years ago, back when the Cards were a lousy team............... The first game we ever played at that ugly stadium in Glendale.
Whenever Tom Brady loses, it's always someone else's fault.

Yeah, that 2007 Season saw the Steelers drop 3 contests on the road to (then) shitty teams, Arizona, Denver, and The N.Y. Jets. This season is starting to remind me a lot of a combo of The 2007 and 2006 Seasons. I think they'll end up missing the playoffs, or if they manage to qualify, it will be a one and done deal.
