One of my buddies and I were talking about the current state of the Steelers and we hit upon an interesting off-season move. IF the Steelers fire Arians and IF ND fires Charlie Weis, wouldn't it make sense for Tomlin to explore the possibility of hiring Fat Charlie?
What would be the possible downside? Charlie isn't going to leave for a head coaching gig, he's already got three SB rings so he's proven his NFL chops as an OC, and his coaching fits perfectly in the NFL where schematic advantage is king.
