I stand corrected. I have long complained about the steelers (Arians) forgetting about the use of a blocking fullback and how we will never succeed running the ball without a lead fullback. Well, so far this seaon Mendenhall is averaging 4.0 yds per carry with a fullback and 6.4 without one. But I have made a point that Mendy will do much better in the spread since that is what he excelled at in Illinois. So the numbers are: 6.3 per carry with 3 WRs, 6.1 with 2 WRs, and 4.9 with 0-1 WRs. I will take any of those avgs.
