defense:where are the takeaways?

Postby FineLine » Sun Oct 11, 2009 8:25 pm

They haven't FORCED an interception in 4 games.I know Clark had one today but that was a gift from Culpepper. The 08 Steelers would not have allowed all these 4th quarter drives.Does Polamalu make that much of a difference?

Think about this. With all of the talk of Ike being the best Corner on the team, he has hands of stone. He couldn't catch a pick if it was handed to him.

Troy does make alot of difference in the D, due to the fact he does alot more movement than any other Safety in the league, plus he can catch the ball, and can turn a normal pick into a huge game changing TD. Ty Carter doesn't come close to Troy. With him back next week, we should see an improvement in the defense late in the game.
Bruce Arians: Proudly carried the Honor of Short Bus All-Star 2007-2011. Good job, and glad you're gone Dumbfuck!!!!!
