Complete Agreement. Yes, there were some flashes of Hard Hat football, but they were far and few between.

You know its a bad week when OUR offensive line outplayed all other aspects of the team.

I fully agree.
The complete lack of consistency is very worrisome. The Stillers will play hard on 1 or 2 downs then lay an egg on the next 3 or 4. This seems to be happening on both offense and defense.
FWP will cut it for 11 - 12 yards one play then get hit for a 3 yard loss by the entire front 7 pouring through the line of scrimmage.
It's the same crap on defense. Carter puts a brutal hit on Olsen then blows it on... well, just pick from any number of plays.
Although you can definitely point to a few goats (Reed, Holmes, Carter, Woodley among others), I place the blame for this lack of consistency squarely on the shoulders of the coaching staff.
The Stillers seemed to be confused, out of synch, and are not playing with any sense of urgency or conviction. Dumb mistakes, blown plays and penalties are rampant. And don't even get me started on the bland, juvenile play calling by both the OC and DC.
There is too much talent on this team for this kind of garbage to be going on.
The coaching staff needs to step up right now and reign this all in, get players focused, directed and ready to play.
Otherwise, it’s going to be a long, ugly season of piss-poor performances and ugly losses to average opponents.
