Nice, succint thoughts on the game.

This is one of those games that, as you pointed out, the Steelers have the match-up advantages in a majority of the facets of the game. However, it just feels like one of those away games where the Steelers could have unforeseen problems, e.g. at Denver a couple of years ago or Oakland in '06.

The expectations for the Bears this year with Cutler coming in are high so they'll be treating this like a must win game, given that their NFC North competition are likely to start off 2-0 based on their opponents. So while there's no real analytical reason the Steelers shouldn't pull out a win, the intangibles are what scare me.

Your point about Olsen is THE big key. With #43 out that opens up the middle of the field a lot and creates a match-up problem for Clark and Carter. Maybe they counteract that if Timmons is healthy enough to help against Olsen.

It will also be interesting to see how Cutler runs the offense this week. I heard that he opted out of at least 4 run plays and threw a pick on one of them. Maybe they pull the reins in on him and leave it up to Forte to an even greater extent.

I think Pace has been past his prime for 2-3 years and for Harrison to get held (literally, figuratively) to another sackless week would be shocking. He and Woodley should be able to harass Cutler a lot more and we saw last week what Jay does when he's under pressure.

It just seems like a much tighter game than it should be. Maybe 20-17?
