Love the Hard Hat Award! I agree with the winners, but how about Tonio for consideration? The guy caught everything thrown remotely near him, ran great routes and scored the decisive TD--all against a great secondary. It looks like he is picking up right where he left off at the end of last year.

Ben was the winner against the Titans. If anything, Harrison was less than stellar and Fox filled in adequately. Ben took some huge hits and made the key plays. He did so despite a porous O-Line, no running game, and a defense that gave up more yardage than usual. Ben's performance appeared to define what "hard hat" is all about.

Is it time to consider Fox as a replacement for Farrior? I love the way this guy has been playing. If you want to keep the "work your ass off on special teams to get more playing time" ethos going, the players have to see visible proof of it, and to me, Fox has earned it.

I don't know what else Ben coulda done to deserve this award. He led a one dimensional offense on a game winning drive at the end of regulation before hines fumbled, then went ahead and did it again in overtime.
Fox is a lock for the front office to sign when that time comes, he could very well be the next JF.
James Harrison is still a beast, but on a couple plays when he felt he was held he would ignore what was going on in the game and play to the refs to throw a flag. I hope he doesn't make that a habit this year.
And yeah, what was up with lamarr? I remember hearing he was out with cramps or something around halftime.
I think Ben and Santonio have a secret agenda to bring back the tommy gun offense.

Had to go with Ben for my choice this week, but that's fine. Fox is an emerging star much like his co-winner Harrison was a few years back.
