the Pittsburgh Steelers announced Monday, April 6, that they have re-signed LB Keyaron Fox to a two-year contract. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Teresa Varley, of Steelers.com, reports Pittsburgh Steelers LB Keyaron Fox said he would like to start for the team. "I want to start to be honest with you. I am not shying away from the starting position. [LB James Farrior] is one of my closest friends on the team. He has shown me a lot. He flew me to the Pro Bowl with him. We have a great friendship, we know each other's family. But at the end of the day we are both competitors and we are going to be competing for this starting job. It will be fun. It's going to be a great situation," Fox said.
