my Dermontti Dawson HoF rant
So the list of Hall of Fame Finalists came out today.
Dermontti's name was on there, but once again he's at risk of not making the final step.
I can't even begin to describe how much it infuriates me that he was rejected previously.
And it goes back to the whole saying that everyone who ignores to acknowledge the contribution to football made by offensive lineman, has no grasp of the game of football.
Games are won in the trenches. Whether you agree or not, the gameplay speaks for itself. EVery aspect of football begins with the lineman.
And Dawson was the best at his position during the time he played.

I too will be peeved if/when Dawson doesn't get in... I agree 100 percent.
If there's any big feller that's not in the Hall and deserves to be... It's him.
Here's to hopin' for him!

You are forgetting the biggest hurdle he has left in making it into the HOF, He was a Steeler, The media hates Steelers period. If he were a Giant or Cowfag it would be a lock. He should have gotten in the 1st time He is easily top 5 Centers that ever played probably top 3.

Dawson was a 7 time pro-bowler.
Kevin Mawea is a 7 time pro-bowler.
Here is a discussion on if Mawea is a HOFer

conclusion = "won't be easy"
