Browns showed who they really are today by getting blown out by one of the worst teams in The NFL. Their offense couldn't even score against the worst defense in football to boot.

Makes last week's loss to those posers hurt even more. They better win tomm, period.

I'm undecided on the browns this year. Clearly they were down this week after a big emotional win last week. Probably let some of the talk go to their heads as well.

I'm undecided on all teams every week. There is no way in hell that I would bet on the NFL. I can't even tell who are the good teams anymore since it seems to change from week to week. One of these seasons in the near future, every single team will finish 8-8. Then what will they do?

My God, I am such a glutton for punishment. Try as I might to wish for a 3-13 season in the hopes that it would bring about the necessary upheaval from the top down, I can't root for the Steelers to lose It's not in my DNA. While the Brownies may not have shown their true colors yesterday (the jury is still out) the Bungles certainly did. Regardless, a win tonight and we are one out of the lead, alone in second after beginning the week alone in last. We play the Rats again, and in our house, so we could (conceivably) make that game up ourselves.

I hate to be Captain Obvious, but here are three things that need to happen tonight if we expect to compete, let alone win:

1) Contain J.J. Watt.
-whether that means Spaeth plays the whole game helping Beacham, or lots of chip help from FB's and HB's. or lots of screens or quick, two step drops, we need to not have Watt control this game. (This one's directed at you, Haley.)
2) Win the turnover battle. (This one's likely on you, Ben.)
3) Red-zone efficiency.
-Assuming we can move the ball and get into the red zone, WE HAVE TO COME AWAY WITH TD's. We'll see if Martavis Bryant is the answer to our prayers here, but I suspect it comes down as much, or more, to play calling. (This one's likely also on you, Haley.)

You may be saying, wait, what about defense? Let's face it, our defense sucks. The only chance we have to win this game, or any other, is to outscore people. I am assuming Houston puts up 24-30 points on our "D". We just need 25-31.

Same Shit... Different week. I like that they at least tried to go no huddle early.

Time to sit Ben for a series or 2. His play is hideous and he refuses to throw the ball away.

Funny what growing a set of balls and stealing the momentum will do for a team on the brink of doom. Now to see if we can stop them in the second half!

Are we in this game because of our play or their mistakes?

love that the announcers are bashing the play call of a pass with under 4 minutes and Texans having no time outs

actually a smart penalty by troy. Took time off the clock and half the distance means nothing.

Hands team better be ready.
