Mill is right about Fat Casey. I know it's preseason, but my God, he seriously didn't react to the snap until like after a good half second. He looked like he was in slow-motion. I think he's got the ability, he just doesn't care. He's got his big contract.

Roye. Hmmm.

I don't know about that one.

I'd drop Kirschke. Then again, I'd watch the waiver wire.

The Lefty hail mary was almost 65 yards in the air... that with him being hit as he was throwing. Can you say, "Cannon?"

I'm curious to see how Dixon handles pressure in second half.

Arnold Harrison doesn't look good... appears to be a knee.
If it's serious, does this give Bailey a shot? As Pompousheinous said tonight, Bailey has been a special teams demon.

How we looking in the trenches tonight? I'm stuck in a hotel in Northern Kentucky (Bungel Territory!) for work, and can't watch the game.

So when we had mismatches with Plaxico we didn't use the fade........'n' now that we have all these tall receivers we don't use the fade.......of course the Giants won the Super Bowl with it......maybe we don't have it 'n the playbook.........or we'll implement it when we perfect the screen in a quarter century or soooooo

Crosby4Life,

The team is spotty. Despite the fumble, Mendy is running hard. Sweed made a near great catch and an easy drop. I still don't have a feel for how the regular season O and D will look.

Gumband,

Rule 137 Section 4a of the Stiller handbook states:
Fades are for sissies and no athletic mismatches will be exploited by the offense. When such opportunities avail themselves, utilize the line plunge.

Sounds about par for the course in preseason. We play a lot of good teams with some great defensive fronts this year. I'm not usually quick to push the panic button, but I will say we need to improve, quick.

I agree. The preseason is often not an indicator of anything so I'm not worried. Yet I'm not warm-n-fuzzy either. I'm still psyched for the regular season to get underway! :celebrate:

Mason missed an easy pick trying to run without the ball. He'll NEVER have an easier ball to catch.

Too little too late for his roster spot, Drummond had a nice return.

Dixon still doesn't look comfortable. He's very jump and skittish even when he has time.
