Undefeated after two weeks on my best bets. That guarantees at least three weeks of being over .500. That would be three more weeks than all of last season when I lost the opener and started out 1-6 in best bets. This week I picked the Patriots before the Adrian Peterson fiasco. Going against the Raiders was easy even in their home opener. Only the Saints fell flat losing outright in Cleveland. Their road woes continue unabated.
For some completely unfathomable reason I am all in on the NFC East this week.

Best Bet
Philadelphia Eagles (-6.5) over Washington Redskins
Divisional matchups are notoriously difficult to predict. I don't care.
Others
Dallas Cowboys (-1.5) over St. Louis Rams
The Michael Sam Bowl, although Sam on the Cowboys practice squad won't be playing. The Rams won in Tampa despite starting third string QB Austin Davis. Hard to believe Davis can sustain that level of play. Hopefully Jason Garrett is smart enough to keep handing the ball to DeMarco Murray.
New York Giants (+2.5) over Houston Texans
A complete shot in the dark. I was on the Texans bandwagon to start the season and won with them last week. JJ Watt is liable to kill Eli Manning. Yet something about Ryan Fitzpatrick on the road against a desperate opponent got me to thinking.... Thinking, always my downfall.
Last Week
New England Patriots (-3) over Minnesota Vikings WIN
Houston Texans (-3) over Oakland Raiders WIN
New Orleans Saints (-6.5) over Cleveland Browns LOSS
