.1.Indianapolis Colts4-0So far on pace to reach their goal of having homefield advantage throughout the playoffs.
.3.Philadelphia Eagles3-1McNabb continued to dominate playing with a sports hernia, bruised sternum and shin contusion. This team could really use a power back to take some pressure off their quarterback. Wonder what it would take to pry Williams away from the Dolphins?
.5.Atlanta Falcons3-1Built around the ability to run the ball and stop the run. That is usually a winning combination.
.4.Pittsburgh Steelers2-1Suddenly find themselves a game and a half behind the surging Bengals in the AFC North after having a bye week to recover from their first regular season loss in approximately a year.
.7.Cincinnati Bengals4-0Undefeated after four games for the first time since they went to the Super Bowl after the 1988 season.
.8.Denver Broncos3-1Defensive linemen Warren, Brown and Myers have had some success since getting out of Cleveland.
.10.Tampa Bay Buccaneers4-0Needed some help from the officials to win with Williams sidelined due to a hamstring injury. They have to hope that Cadillac isn't out for an extended period.
.12.San Diego Chargers2-2Got their first win in New England since beating the Boston Patriots in 1970 at Harvard Stadium.
.2.New England Patriots2-2Could the win in Pittsburgh have been their last stand? The offensive line and defensive secondary are going to be tough for even Belicheck to rebuild on the fly. The deteriorating state of their divisional rivals should help.
.15.Washington Redskins3-0Walking a fine line with 3 wins by a margin of 3 points or less.
.17.New York Giants3-1Has Eli Manning arrived? Through four games the Giants lead the NFL with 136 points scored. One thing is certain. Manning enjoys throwing to Burress.
.6.Jacksonville Jaguars2-2Held to a franchise low 12 yards rushing with an offensive line in shambles as LT Pearson watched from the sidelines in street clothes.
.14.Carolina Panthers2-2Fourth quarter letdown at home against a winless opponent is a cause for concern even though they hung on for the win.
.9.Kansas City Chiefs2-2Blew a 24-6 first half lead as defensive inadequacies were again in evidence.
.11.Seattle Seahawks2-2Still unable to win on the East coast.
.13.St. Louis Rams2-2Foolish reverse call from the Giants' 6 yard line resulted in a lost fumble and turned a close game into a blowout loss. Just business as usual for Martz.
.22.New Orleans Saints2-2Good to see them get a nice welcome from the people of San Antonio.
.24.Baltimore Ravens1-2Finally got to play someone with a worse offense. That won't happen very frequently.
.16.Dallas Cowboys2-2This isn't what Parcells envisioned when he rebuilt the defense and brought in Bledsoe.
.20.Miami Dolphins2-1Come off the bye in first place, a half game ahead of the Patriots. Due for a big bump up the rankings if they can win in Buffalo.
.27.Oakland Raiders1-3Got into the win column for the first time as Jordan finally had some success running the ball.
.18.Minnesota Vikings1-3Tice got the dreaded vote of confidence from his owner heading into the bye week.
.19.Buffalo Bills1-3OK, Losman isn't ready. He may never be ready. The real surprise though is the run defense. They are currently next to last in rushing yards allowed after finishing seventh last season.
.21.New York Jets1-3Failed to score a touchdown in the third quarter with the score tied at 3 after getting the ball on the opponent's 1 yard line via an interception. Tried to run the ball on all 3 plays of the series. The third attempt after losing 2 yards on the previous running play. Hard to win when the coaches are terrified of throwing the ball.
.25.Chicago Bears1-2Moved into first place in the NFC North while on a bye.
.30.Arizona Cardinals1-3Would normally need to play three home games in Tempe to equal the 103,467 that turned out last Sunday night in Mexico City.
.26.Detriot Lions1-2Hard to believe the last second Pollard touchdown was overturned on review.
.28.Cleveland Browns1-2Have a legitimate chance to get to .500 with the offensively challenged Bears coming to town.
.23.Tennessee Titans1-3Young secondary could not handle the Rams or the Colts. Now head to Houston to try to stay out of the basement in the AFC South.
.29.Green Bay Packers0-4Still have life because no team in their division has won more than a single game.
.31.San Fransisco 49ers1-3The Smith era begins.... Rattay completed a miserable 11 of 21 passes for 126 yards after being given a 14-0 lead by the defense. Smith's ability to run could be more important than his ability to pass given the state of the offensive line.
.32.Houston Texans0-3Hurt by a lost fumble in the fourth quarter with the score tied at 10 on what should clearly have been ruled an incompletion.
