Major snowstorm in the Burgh tonight and tomorrow. Christmas
is nearer, our Steelers have disappointed us tremendously the last few weeks.
Nothing more disappointing, in my opinion, then nothing happening to Palmer or
Johnson, or any Bengals, after the cheap shot on Ben.
Pittsburgh (- 5 �) over Chicago �
Steelers have lost three in a row, Bears have won eight in a row. Steelers have
their backs to the wall and maybe, just maybe, we see some Stiller football.
Tampa Bay (+ 5 �) over Carolina � Even with
the game in Carolina, and the Bucs not displaying much offense lately, they
will get the job done this week against a Carolina team in danger of falling
out of the playoff race.
New England (- 3 �) over Buffalo � �Is Tom Donahoe on the hot seat? A win last
week would have made this game meaningful, but the Bills totally collapsed in
the 4th quarter. Things won�t get better this week.
Minnesota (- 7 �) over St Louis � �Minnesota still thinking playoffs. Rams not
much of a stumbling block this week.
Oakland (- 3 �) over NY Jets � Raiders
will put up some points against the Jets.
Indianapolis (- 7 �) over Jacksonville � If Leftwich
was at QB, it might be a different story. Only question after this week is how
the Colts will play the last few weeks of the season, do they rest the starters
or try for the 16-0 season?
Tennessee (- 6 �) over Houston � Houston
stays in the lead for the number 1 pick.
Cleveland (+ 12 �) over Cincinnati � Romeo has
his Clowns ready for this week. Bengals may be suffering from their victory
last week.
Arizona (+ 3 �) over Washington � �Cardinals suffering through disappointing
season, Redskins in a losing streak. Skins escape the cold only to lose in the
Arizona heat.
NY Giants (- 8 �) over Philadelphia � Who will
QB the Eagles this week? Does it matter? Giants playing for a first-round bye.
Eagles playing for January tee times.
San Francisco (+ 16 �) over Seattle � Short week
for the Seahawks will let the 49�ers stay closer than they should.
Miami (+ 13 �) over San Diego � I�m
hoping the Dolphins� are due for a good game, and give the Steelers some help.
Baltimore (+ 14 �) over Denver �
Surprisingly, Denver is not a good December home team. This should be a victory
for the Broncos, but not a 14-point win.
Dallas (- 3 �) over Kansas City � Cowboys
desperately need a win. So does KC. Dallas gets the win at home, and helps the
Steelers. Who would think we�d be rooting for the Cowboys in ANY game?
Green Bay (- 5 �) over Detroit � Detroit
may have a tough time beating the Green Bay High School team with the way their
season is going.
Atlanta (- 10 �) over New Orleans � Atlanta
needs this win, in what promises to be another Monday Night yawner.
