'Movie' Clips of Lateral, TD catch
With some major media articles concerning Troy Brown's lateral after the disastrous blocked FG, I figured that we might as well, as we always strive to do here at Stillers.com, give the fans the real deal on what occurred, rather than blind, glib speculation. Back on Jan. 29th, we shoed numerous photos of the lateral. And in the GilDong Report on the 30th, I showed photos that indicated Patten's TD was juggled.
With that in mind, here are two 'movie' files of each of these plays, thanks to some good work from an informant of ours, appropriately named Deepthroat.
Note: you'll also need Quicktime to watch them frame by frame (http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/)
To reiterate, I hate to have this explode into a sea of controversy, and I hate for this lateral -- which went 'forward' on an angle of about .08 degrees -- or the TD 'catch' to be blamed for this shameful, despicable loss. The Stillers lost, fair and square, and no amount of caterwauling is going to change that fact. These film clips are merely provided for further analytical research by the most analytical Stillers site on the net.Stillers.com.
