Figured Bill Belichick would be gunning for Rex Ryan after the Bills won in Foxboro earlier in the season. If sports betting had been legalized in Jersey I might have actually bet on the Patriots for real. Sort of was hoping with my other bets I could split on the first pair of ties on a single day since '72. Am OK the Raiders managed a big play in OT to win outright.
Back again to all favorites after winning with a 1 point dog last week. Really like my best bet for a second straight week. Not particularly enamored with the other selections.

Best Bet
New Orleans Saints (-3) over San Francisco 49ers
Saints have won three of their last four. Pick not really about Sean Payton, Drew Brees. Going against Jed York, Trent Baalke, Chip Kelly and Colin Kaepernick seems like taking candy from a baby regardless of opponent and location.
Others
Carolina Panthers (-3) over Los Angeles Rams
Go all in with sub-.500 AFC South favorites playing inter-conference games on the west coast. Do I really think Cam Newton and the Panthers can get on a roll? Probably not. Again more of a pick against their opponent.
Minnesota Vikings (-6) over Detroit Lions
Probably too many points to give up with the Vikes on a short work week in a divisional matchup. At least the game is in Minnesota and the Lions don't really have the pass rush to take advantage of the Vikings woeful offensive line.
Last Week
New England Patriots (-6) over Buffalo Bills WIN
Cincinnati Bengals (-3) over Washington Redskins (in London) LOSS
Oakland Raiders (+1) over Tampa Bay Buccaneers WIN
Best Bets: 5-3, Overall: 11-13
