Ward Wins Weekly Hard Hat Award (Game #2,

WR Hines Ward is the winner of my weekly Hard Hat Award, given to
the Stiller player who best embodies the iron-tough, hard-as-steel attitude of
the steel workers inside the blast furnace of a still mill.
The
fourth year WR from UGA snared a career-high 9 balls in the win over the
Bills.�� More importantly in earning the
Hard Hat Award was his crafty, tenacious RAC efforts.� Ward turned a few short passes into solid
gainers with a kamikaze-like running style in which he ran with fearless
abandon.�
This
week was an interesting dilemma for The Committee, which also had to consider
strong, hard-hat efforts from linebackers Joey Porter and Kendrell Bell.��
Kudos
to Hines for winning the weekly Hard Hat Award.� Wear the Hard Hat proudly, Hines !!
